Group braves the rain to show support for detained ex-prime minister Najib outside MACC HQ

The group led by Umno supreme council member Datuk Lokman Noor Adam protesting at the treatment meeted out to Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak, who is being detained overnight before being charged in court tomorrow.

PUTRAJAYA: A group of supporters of Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak gathered outside the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission headquarters here Wednesday (Sept 19) evening to protest his arrest.

The group gathered in the rain around 9pm to protest the arrest, claiming that it was an abuse of power against the former prime minister.
