IPOH: Perak PKR is optimistic that Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim is capable of retaining the seat for the party in the Port Dickson by-election based on his charisma and credibility.
State PKR chairman Dr Muhammad Nur Manuty said Anwar was an icon in the political arena whose experience was most needed to assist in national recovery after Pakatan Harapan was given the mandate in the May general election.
