KENINGAU: The people must take the trouble to understand their rights and roles as consumers to avoid from becoming victims of irresponsible groups who will try to take advantage, said Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail.
Dr Wan Azizah also said they would be able to play a role in determining the prices of goods in the market.
