PETALING JAYA: A spate of dog catching by the authorities have left many street puppies wandering around without their mothers.
Some are too young to fend for themselves and end up as road kill or they die of starvation, said canine welfare project Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better (MDDB) adoption coordinator Christine Lai.
