KUALA TERENGGANU: PAS says it is normal practice for the Islamist party to extend invitations to other political parties, especially those in the Opposition, to attend its annual muktamar (congress).
PAS secretary-general Datuk Takiyuddin Hassan (pic) said it practised the same approach even when Barisan Nasional was in power, as it is in line with its aim to practise mature and peaceful politics.
