BALAKONG: It seems enthusiasm is not lacking in the Balakong by-election as voters lined up as early as 7am on Saturday (Sept 8), an hour before polling stations were officially opened.

In places such as SJKC Batu 11 Cheras, the number of voting streams had been increased up to eight streams, which means less queuing time for voters.
