KUALA LUMPUR: A mechanic was fined RM5,000 in default of six month’s jail by an Ampang magistrate’s court here for insulting the modesty of his ex-girlfriend by editing her photo.

Magistrate Mohamad Firdaus Sadina Ali passed the sentence on Muhammad Omar Aliff Rosli, 32, after he pleaded guilty to the charge here Friday.
