PETALING JAYA: A strong opposition is needed to play an effective role of check and balance against the Pakatan Harapan government, said MCA Youth chief Datuk Chong Sin Woon (pic).
He said since DAP could not effectively check and balance the Prime Minister, opposition parties have a responsibility to jointly supervise Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad to prevent abuse of power.
