KUANTAN: Alliance Steel (M) Sdn Bhd says a perimeter wall around its 287.3ha compound in the Malaysia-China Kuantan Industrial Park (MCKIP) is necessary to protect its latest modern and sophisticated automatic steel manufacturing plant in Malaysia.
In a statement, it said there was a vast area of land housing the facility and the wall had to be built to protect it from intrusion, to prevent unauthorised access and vandalism, to provide safety for workers as well as to prevent theft and interruption of the manufacturing process, among others.
