Six individual including one Perlis JPJ senior officers brought by MACC officers to be remanded in George Town magistrate

GEORGE TOWN: Six individuals, comprising four men and two women who work in the Road Transport Department, the police and an insurance company, among others, have been remanded on suspicion of corruption.

Assistant Registrar Muna Maria Azmi granted the remand order for the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) to investigate the suspects under Section 16 (a)(B) of the MACC Act 2009.
