KOTA KINABALU: Tan Sri Musa Aman (pic) has arrived at the state legislative assembly building, and is waiting for the state speaker to arrive so that he can be sworn in as Sungai Sibuga assemblyman.
He entered the Speaker's office at 2.20pm, after coming straight from the Kota Kinabalu International Airport.
