When Dexter Korbel and his mother Linda Low heard that Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad would be making a surprise appearance at a Merdeka celebration at the Bukit Damansara Community Hall, they rushed over with Dexter’s favourite book – Mahathir Mohamad: An Illustrated Biography by Eugene Yu.
