KUALA LUMPUR: A DAP lawmaker has claimed that at least 12 plots of land around the city have been transferred to Yayasan Wilayah Persekutuan (YWP), the welfare arm of the Federal Territories Ministry, without an open tender.
Kepong MP Lim Lip Eng (pic) said under the previous Barisan Nasional administration, land totalling 12.22ha, was registered to YWP between 2009 and 2018.
