It’s Halimah vs Halimey in Seri Setia

PETALING JAYA: The Seri Setia state seat will see a straight fight with PAS fielding its experienced woman leader Dr Halimah Ali while Pakatan Harapan rests its hope on first-time candidate Halimey Abu Bakar.

Election Commission (EC) returning officer Datuk Azizi Mohd Zain’s announcement of the two candidates after nomination closed at 10am yesterday put to rest speculation of the emergence of an independent candidate.
