HULU LANGAT: Tan Chee Teong (pic), the MCA candidate for the Balakong by-election, has unveiled his four-point manifesto which promises to check and balance the Selangor state government.
Tan said the Opposition will check on corruption and power abuse, as well as ensuring that the Pakatan administration fulfilled its election promises.
