Taiwan the highlight again at travel expo

KUALA LUMPUR: For the third time in a row, Taiwan will be promoted as Asia’s Favourite Destination at the Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents (MATTA) Fair.

Taiwan Tourism Bureau’s Kuala Lumpur office director Abe Chou said Taiwan is setting its sight on the growing Muslim market, having named as the fifth-best non-Organisation of Islamic Cooperation country for Muslim travellers in the Global Muslim Tourism Index.
