Mavcom study shows ceiling on domestic airfare not the best way to lower prices

KUALA LUMPUR: A ceiling on domestic airfare may not necessarily be the best way to lower flight ticket prices in the long run, according to a study by the Malaysian Aviation Commission (Mavcom).

Deputy Transport Minister Datuk Kamarudin Jaffar said the study done by Mavcom found that a ceiling had both pros and cons.
