KEPALA BATAS (Bernama): Four food processing factories and a famous "ikan bakar" (grilled fish) restaurant in North Seberang Perai here were ordered to close for two weeks due to unhygienic practices.

State Health director Datuk Dr. Wan Mansor Hamzah said apart from raw food items found on the floor of the factories, the department's enforcement team also found rat droppings and cockroaches during the operation dubbed 'Op Pulau Pinang Sihat', which began at 8.30am and ended eight hours later.
