KOTA KINABALU: The state legislative assembly is set to meet on Monday for the third time since June 11 as the elected position of absent Sungai Sibuga assemblyman Tan Sri Musa Aman hangs in the balance.
The former chief minister, who is claiming to be suffering from “grave medical conditions”, can lose his seat if he misses the third meeting of the assembly scheduled for Aug 13 to 14 if the state assembly votes for a vacancy.
