Hannah stands up for Dr Wan Azizah amidst child bride criticisms

PETALING JAYA: In response to criticism of Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail on the 11-year-old child bride issue, Deputy Minister of Women, Family and Community Development Hannah Yeoh shared a heartfelt post about her time working under the Deputy Prime Minister’s leadership.

In a Tuesday (Aug 7) update on her official Facebook page, she revealed that her experience with Dr Wan Azizah is “not just a process of learning about issues involving the ministry alone”, but also her partnership with other leaders.
