PETALING JAYA: Opposition leader Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi (pic) has slammed Economic Affairs Minister Datuk Seri Azmin Ali over conflicting accounts of a meeting with Singaporean authorities over the High Speed Rail (HSR) project.

On Monday (Aug 6), Azmin had said he had a “positive meeting” with Singapore officials when he recently went to the city-state to visit Home Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, who was undergoing medical treatment there.

However, the Singapore government has denied meeting with Azmin on the HSR over the weekend, TodayOnline reported on Tuesday (Aug 7).
