JOHOR BARU: A Civil Defence Force (APM) personnel has been acquitted and discharged by the Sessions Court here of a charge of raping a 16-year-old girl two years ago.
Judge Kamarudin Kamsun ordered Mohd Azwan Abidin, 24, to be freed after finding that the prosecution had failed to establish a prima facie in the case.
