KUALA LUMPUR: More than 10 judges, including the Chief Justice and the Chief Judge of Malaya, sacrificed their weekend for a gotong royong at the court premises here after its janitors went on strike following a dispute over pay with the contractor.
Chief Justice Tan Sri Richard Malanjum and Chief Judge of Malaya Tan Sri Zaharah Ibrahim led some 200 High Court judges, Session Court judges, magistrates, court staff and officers, as well as a lawyer in the clean-up.
