KLANG: It was a very busy day for Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail who came to campaign in the Sungai Kandis by-election, directly after visiting Home Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, who is recuperating after surgery to remove a growth in his pancreas.
"He is recovering well and I conveyed the nation's regards to him," Dr Wan Azizah told reporters during her visit to Sekolah Rendah Islam Al Ainani here where a health clinic, jointly organised by Al Islam Kg Baru Specialist Hospital together with Muslim Youth Movement of Malaysia's (Abim), was being held for the local residents.
