KUALA LUMPUR: Royalties paid to oil-producing states should be based on production and not net profit, said Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS).
GPS chief whip in Parliament Datuk Fadillah Yusof said the status quo should remain, but the percentage should increase from five percent to 20% as promised by Pakatan Harapan.
