KUALA LUMPUR: A restaurant owner is expected to be charged by the police for his failure to show up at a Human Rights Commission of Malaysia (Suhakam) inquiry on the disappearance of activist Amri Che Mat.
Saiful Afdzan, the owner of the Mak Lang restaurant in Kangar, Perlis, had refused to attend the inquiry, despite being issued a subpoena to appear.
