THE Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) is just another option for students to take as part of their qualifications and its recognition should not be politicised, says the Deputy Education Minister.
Saying that the ministry was looking for a holistic solution in the matter, Teo Nie Ching said there should not be any issue over its recognition as students still needed at least a credit in Bahasa Malaysia to enter any public university.
