KUALA LUMPUR:The Yang di-Pertuan Agong Sultan Muhammad V started the day in the Dewan Rakyat by cracking a joke that tickled the newly sworn-in lawmakers.
"Yang berhormat, sila duduk dan jangan lari (Yang berhormat, please sit down and don't run)," said the Agong just before he sat down to give his Royal address at the opening of the 14th Parliament.
