IPOH: Sultan of Perak Sultan Nazrin Muizzuddin Shah (pic) said there will be “growing pains” in the journey to make Malaysia a mature democracy capable of joining the rest of the nations already in this “Premier League”.

He added that nobody should be left behind in the process, including those with whom we may disagree.
