KUCHING: The Federal Government should emulate Sarawak in recognising the Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) of Chinese independent secondary schools, says Datuk Dr Sim Kui Hian.
The Sarawak United People’s Party president said the state government under the late chief minister Tan Sri Adenan Satem had recognised the UEC in 2014.
