PM takes financial investors to task for poor reaction

PUTRAJAYA: Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad has taken the financial investors to task for their negative reaction towards the Government’s efforts in cleaning up the country’s RM1 trillion debt.

The Prime Minister said they should appreciate what the Government was doing to ensure that the country was properly run, including in terms of finances.
