Taib: Federal and state govts must work to develop Sarawak

KUCHING: Sarawak Governor Tun Abdul Taib Mahmud has called on the new Federal Government to continue working with the state government to develop Sarawak.

Opening the first Sarawak Legislative Assembly session since the May 9 general election, Taib said good federal-state ties were important to ensure that Sarawak continued to develop.
