PETALING JAYA: By now, who doesn’t know that technology is the way forward. But in order for business operators to use it effectively and successfully via the right platform and know-how, there’s no better way than to learn from leading industry players.
Mobile strategy, social media, digital options, cashless economy are crucial elements that drive the survival and success of today’s technology-driven business landscape.
For start-ups and SMEs (small and medium enterprises) striving to employ those strategies to have a competitive edge, a series of workshops organised by Star Media Group will help them grow their business and network with entrepreneurs and experts.
SOBA LAB, organised in support of the growth of small businesses, is held in conjunction with Star Outstanding Business Awards (SOBA) 2018.

RHB will also be running its Biz Clinic at SOBA LABs to provide workshop participants with a free financial health check. Those who wish to take advantage of this service are required to bring documents such as bank statements of the past six months and financial statements from the last two years.
The LAB will kick off in Penang on July 18 at MSOGO Co.Workspace, Prangin Mall, followed by MU Hotel in Ipoh (July 25), The Puteri Pacific Johor Baru (Aug 1) and Menara Star here (Aug 8).
