Abandoned baby found in paper bag hanging from car's side mirror

IPOH: A newborn baby girl was found abandoned in a paper bag hanging from the side mirror of a car near the Ashby Flats on Jalan Hospital here.

A 20-year-old man, a resident of the flats, heard the cries of a baby at about 12.30am and traced the sound to the paper bag.
