SHAH ALAM: There will no new police units to replace the elite task forces that will be disbanded as part of the revamp of the police force, said Tan Sri Mohamad Fuzi Harun (pic).
The Inspector-General of Police said that instead, the personnel would be absorbed into relevant departments like the Criminal Investigation Department, Commercial Crime Investigation Department, and Narcotics Crime Investigation Department via an internal restructuring.
