18 Indonesians missing after boat capsizes off Johor


PENGERANG: An Indonesian woman has died and 18 are missing after a boat ferrying them to Malaysia illegally capsized some 6.5 nautical miles from Tanjung Punggai here late Sunday (July 1) night.

Johor Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) Captain Sanifah Yusof said the boat was overloaded with 44 people on board when it was heading to Malaysia.
