Nazir: I have yet to make decision on CIMB future, will be guided by board

PETALING JAYA: Datuk Seri Nazir Razak said he will be guided by the board and shareholders of CIMB Group as well as the central bank when deciding whether to extend his term as the group chairman.

In a statement, he said the chairmanship is decided by the board, shareholders and Bank Negara Malaysia, and if at any one time one of them would like him to step aside, he must and he would.
