Zahid trying to prove Umno's money is legitimate

PETALING JAYA: Umno vice-president Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi (pic) assures that he is trying to prove that that the party's money is legitimate and not involved in any money laundering activities.

"Umno will give our full cooperation to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission in wake of the Commission freezing the bank accounts of its headquarters and other accounts," said Dr Ahmad Zahid in a statement on Thursday (July 28).
