CEO remanded for allegedly manipulating project tenders for Putrajaya

PUTRAJAYA: A chief executive officer of a government-linked company has been remanded in connection with alleged abuse of power in awarding tenders for construction projects.

The 59-year-old, a Datuk will be held for three days until June 30 after magistrate Shah Wira Abdul Halim granted the remand application by Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) prosecutors on Thursday (June 28).
