PETALING JAYA: An assistant civil engineer has been arrested by the Negri Sembilan branch of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) due to suspicions of abuse of power and involvement in corruption.
According to a statement by the anti-graft body on Tuesday (June 26), the 42-year-old suspect is believed to have solicited and received money as a bribe in stages.
