PUTRAJAYA: The Attorney General's Chambers (AGC) will not represent any party – including the Election Commission (EC) – in election petitions, says Tommy Thomas (pic).
The Attorney General also said the EC must appoint members of the Malaysian Bar to represent it during legal proceedings.
