Kepong MP hits out at KL Mayor over support letter issue

KUALA LUMPUR: Kepong MP Lim Lip Eng (pic) has hit out at Kuala Lumpur Mayor Tan Sri Mohd Amin Nordin Abd Aziz for saying that Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) would no longer entertain support letters from politicians on licensing-related matters. 

Lim said he agreed to the stance if the mayor was elected by the voters and not appointed, adding that Amin Nordin was appointed by former Federal Territories minister Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor.
