PETALING JAYA: MCA’s service centres are not closing due to lack of funds from Barisan Nasional or the Government, said its publicity spokesman Datuk Seri Ti Lian Ker.
Ti said there were three kinds of service centres set up: by the party’s elected representatives, by local councillors or aspiring candidates, and by MCA divisions or branches.
