ALOR SETAR: The children who received "duit raya" at the Kedah Mentri Besar's Aidilfitri open house at Seri Mentaloon on Sunday (June 17) had their hands rubber-stamped for fun, said the Menteri Besar's press secretary, Mohd Fisol Jaafar.
He said the rubber stamp, which had a cartoon picture, was not intended for monitoring purpose, and not carried out on the instruction from Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Mukhriz Tun Dr Mahathir.
