PETALING JAYA: A tendering agent has countered that agents get only 3% commission or less for being the middleman for international pharmaceutical companies to get the tender for supplying drugs to the Health Ministry.
The agent, who declined to be named, said the same big players tend to get the job and be appointed by the pharmaceutical companies because they are more established, trusted and willing to accept less commission.
