IPOH: An undergraduate has claimed that he was punched and slapped on his face by a policeman for running a red light in Chemor, near here.
Wong Kar Seng, 23, who is currently unemployed, said he was left with a swollen face and broken spectacles after the incident on Sunday (June 10) at about 3am.
