Perak rep lodges report on possible crime by former AG linked to RM2.6bil 'donation' case

IPOH: A Perak state assemblyman has lodged a police report against Tan Sri Mohamed Apandi Ali for allegedly not carrying out his duties when he was the Attorney General.  

“He did not appropriately execute his responsibilities in his capacity as the Attorney General, in the investigation involving SRC International and the RM2.6bil donation," said Malim Nawar assemblyman Leong Cheok Keng, urging the police to investigate the former AG under sections 217 and/or 218 of the Penal Code.
