Tanjong Bunga residents question move to chop down trees near market

GEORGE TOWN: Residents of Tanjong Bunga were unhappy after learning that five old trees near the market were chopped down.  

Tanjong Bunga Residents' Association chairman Meenakshi Raman said she came to know about the incident through a video clip posted on Facebook.
