KUALA LUMPUR: The presence of warships in the Straits of Malacca and South China Sea has created security fears, says Admiral Maritime Datuk Seri Zulkifli Abu Bakar.
The Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) director-general said the presence of warships makes it seem as if those areas are not safe.
