KUALA LUMPUR: Incoming Attorney General Tommy Thomas described his new role as an “awesome responsibility”.
Speaking to reporters outside his law firm in Bangsar here yesterday afternoon, Thomas, 66, said he was “humbled” by his appointment and confirmed he had met Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad “for a few minutes” yesterday morning.
